Ricki A. Chase, M.S., provides consulting support for all FDA-regulated commodities, with special expertise in medical devices, biotechnology, combination products, and pharmaceuticals.  

With an exceptional 28-year career in public health enforcement and consulting in the life sciences industry, Ms. Chase’s path is distinguished by her singular experiences. Ms. Chase’s leadership skills sharpened through her diverse roles at the FDA, and they have made a significant impact. As an Investigator, Medical Device Specialist, and later as a Supervisory Investigator, she was pivotal in leading inspections and investigations across all foreign and domestic regulated commodities.  Her ability to handle diverse roles with finesse was further demonstrated during her tenure as Director of Investigations and details as District Director and Deputy Director for the Office of Regulatory Affairs Emergency Operations. 

Significant achievements marked Ms. Chase’s tenure at Lachman Consulting Services. She joined as a Director and quickly rose to the position of Vice President. She served as the organization’s subject matter expert in medical devices and combination products in the US and international markets. Her Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act expertise allowed her to bring unique perspectives to complex projects and direct clients in appropriate and effective communications with the FDA. 

With over 28 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Ms. Chase has had the unique opportunity to inspect or partner with hundreds of industry members. This exposure has provided Ms. Chase with many opportunities to identify solutions across industries, developing the best resolution to clients’ most complex challenges.
